Payments and Billing

Fees for services are established through separate written service agreements, proposals, or invoices. Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be disclosed prior to service commencement. Abundant Care Living does not guarantee insurance reimbursement unless explicitly stated in writing. Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

Independent Contractors and Third Parties

Certain services coordinated or facilitated by Abundant Care Living may be performed by independent contractors or third-party providers. These individuals are not employees of Abundant Care Living. Abundant Care Living is not responsible for acts or omissions outside the scope of its direct contractual obligations.

Electronic Communications and SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Abundant Care Living, LLC, including calls, text messages (SMS), and prerecorded or automated messages, related to services, scheduling, care coordination, billing, and account updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Third-Party Services and Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Service Modifications

Force Majeure

Abundant Care Living shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, public health emergencies, labor shortages, government actions, utility failures, or interruptions in transportation or communication systems.

Emergency Situations

Abundant Care Living services are not intended to replace emergency or medical services. In the event of a medical, safety, or life-threatening emergency, clients or caregivers must immediately contact emergency services by dialing 911.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abundant Care Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the provision of services. In no event shall Abundant Care Living’s total liability exceed the amount paid to Abundant Care Living for services during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
